We have a fully equipped workshop with a technician who specializes in home computer building and home computer repairs. Who has extensive experience in the removal of viruses, tuning and upgrading computers.

:: Laptop Repairs

• Can handle most laptop repairs.
• Our technicians have extensive experience in both diagnosis and repair of laptop items.

 

:: Computer Repairs

• Can do repairs in workshop or in your home.
• If you just can’t do without your computer our technicians can come to your home to carry out most repairs.

 

:: Remote Support

• Save money by setting up a remote support account with us. This will allow us to take control of your computer (you have to give us a password to do this). We can then fix up those small or urgent problems without invading your home.
• There is no call out fee and you are billed in 15 minute blocks.

 

:: New Computers

• We tailor make computers for our clients.
• We have a strong emphasis on quality at a reasonable price.
• Because we don’t carry large amounts of stock, we don’t push a particular brand or model. Instead we talk to you about your needs and try to fit components to suit your purpose and budget.

 

:: Secondhand Computers

• We often have a stock of secondhand machines.
• These machines are checked over by our technicians before being offered for sale and are a great way of getting a computer without having to fork out thousands for a new machine.
• All our secondhand computers have a 3 month warranty.
