- This process usually takes only a couple of minutes.

- Ring the office and make an appointment or send us an email and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
:: What is Remote Support?
- Remote support is where we take over your computer to fix small issues quickly and cheaply.
:: Is it Safe?
- Yes.
- We cannot access your computer until you start the remote support program.
- You will also have to give us a password before we can connect to you.
- This password changes each time you start the remote support program.
:: How do you charge?
- The advantage of remote support is that we charge in fifteen minute blocks.
- You do not have to take your box into a workshop.
- You do not have to pay a call out fee.
