  • What is a remote desktop connection?

    A Team Viewer remote desktop connection allows us to take remote control of your computer using the internet, while allowing you to view everything we are doing.

  • How do I get it?

  • How do I set up a remote session?

    Contact our office on 8393 0530 between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday and talk to our friendly staff about setting up a remote session.

  • What does it cost?

    One of the best things about a remote session, is that there is no call out fee and it is billed in 15 minute blocks.

  • Is it safe?

    Yes. Team viewer will generate a unique ID and password every time you run it, So it is nearly impossible to guess. We can only gain remote access when you have Team Viewer open and give us the unique codes and you can see everything we are doing.

  • How does it work?

    You download Team Viewer and run it, then give us the ID and password. We can then connect to your computer over the internet and take control of your keyboard and mouse and guide you through your computer problems.
